Thats probably the way you see it in your alternate reality...
but it was the kids that were attacked and they would be the ones to "stand their ground" as the victims....not the attacker.
This is obviously a staged video. Please try harder next time.

Is that right?

You did not see the blood and bruising on the guys face?
Moron.
It does appear to be from a legit news source. I have real question about the sanity not only of the attacker but also of the person taking the video. I also question whether the news source properly vetted the film. Why would the person just stand there when the gun is pulled out and how did the person get such quality close-ups from a phone cam? It would be more likely that the video person would run or duck when the gun was pulled.

It did seem a little strange that whoever filmed it did not flee or find cover once the gun was pulled.
But what point do you imagine there would be in staging this?

Exactly. This would not be the first time a news source put out a staged event due to lack of appropriate vetting. Then again, it does seem to be a legit news source. That was what made the video seem contrived to me. Gun comes out and the camera person doesn't move or react in any way. It could have been someone who had zoomed in at a distance... but still when the guy fired the gun (or at least I thought I heard a pop)... the camera still didn't move.
Odd film. It appears to be real. I apologize to jumping to the conclusion that it was contrived. Thanks for posting it.
I'm missing what stand your ground has to do with this. Looks like dude tried to act tough in front of his wife and got his ass beat then goes for his gun because he looked like a bitch.
