If you say so. Seems to me you would be more concerned that someone beat justice on a technicality.
Justice???? The last thing leftist care about is justice.

Nothingburger article. I do however find it both interesting and predictable that the left would cheer an election cheater getting off on a technicality. How very typical.
Can you explain where is the justice in locking up someone for exercising his constitutional right to vote -- when he was told that it was fine now for him to do so?
Yes, he got off on a technicality due to a poorly-written law. That being said, I cannot see the intentional fraud here. These people were informed, prob. by their parole officers, that their voting rights had been restored, when in fact they were not. When they registered, why was their ineligibility not flagged and caught by the state or local election authorities? Wouldn't it have made more sense to merely throw out these individuals' ballots and let them know that they were not eligible to vote, rather than making a big fake deal over "Oh look! We caught voter fraud!"?
It's just more of the typical MAGAT bullshit grandstanding for the base, rather than a sincere attempt to ensure clean elections.

You might want to read up about what these people were charged for. They believed, as parolees, that their right to vote had been restored. Is it fraud if the voter didn't know he wasn't allowed to vote?
Defendants targeted in DeSantis’ voter fraud crackdown were told they could vote
Look at how many times has Trump beat justice on a technicality, yet you still kiss his ass.
You still support that criminal traitor Trump so therefore justice is the last thing YOU care about.
Almost all the cases of people caught deliberately trying to vote twice in the 2020 election involved Trump supporters.

Yep. In addition, there are multiple incidents of MAGATs accessing or trying to access voting machines and voter databases. And then there's the multiple incidents of fake electors, all MAGATs as well.
But yeah, DeSantis "caught" 20 former convicts who mistakenly voted because they were told it was okay for them to do so. Florida is safe again from voter fraud!![]()
You should just stop wasting your time trying to have an intelligent, rational, civilized conversation with these idiots.
They're a bunch of juvenile minded cretins whose sole mission is to be the biggest troll.
Trump literally told MAGA morons to try to vote twice.
What other do or don't doesnt change who or what you are. You get that right? You people do t give a fuck about justice. That imbecile you elected is a child molester a retard and a pathological liar and those are his good traits.

aggressive voter registration efforts combined with clueless election officialshey were approached to register to vote at a local WalMart. When they said they could not register because they were a felon, the person there said they could because Amendment 4 passed,” Davis said. “They helped him fill out the paperwork. He later got a voter card, and thought he could vote. That was two years ago.”

agreed. voter roles aren't purged, and registration is obviously not checked for felons when mailing out ballots or registration cardsCan you explain where is the justice in locking up someone for exercising his constitutional right to vote -- when he was told that it was fine now for him to do so?

You kind of missed one little word! applying to vote and voting while ineligible,
They believed that they were eligible. They were told that, possibly by their parole officers. How is it fraud, a crime, when there was no intent?
