Ah, no, what was said was that the House inquiry, which was governed by rules established by the prior GOP houses, wasn't the litigation of a case but rather more similar to a Grand Jury process, collecting information to decide if charges should go forward

When it moves to the Senate it is a litigation, both sides present thier case, Roberts becomes the judge, and the Senate itself is suppose to serve as a jury, which we know now is happening, Mitch has decided the Senate will work for the defendant, meaning it is anything but a trial

No one said they proved anything, rather made the case to bring charges against the defendant, what was suppose to happen now is the charges go to trial where both present their case to a jury to decide, but we know now there isn't going to be a trial, Mitch has eighty sixed that idea, he now has the jury defending the defendant

Think about that, the defendant is saying his own call was perfect, which everyone knows is what got him into trouble, and you are believing him.

Regardless of how many times Jordan repeated it, the transcript means nothing, it was released only because Trump knew the whistleblower's complaint was going to Congress and he was going to be held accountable

The individuals who heard the phone call verified that Trump's intent was obvious, it is obvious to anyone not covering Trump's ass, he wasn't concerned with corruption never even mentioned corruption, only the Bidens by name

If a victim goes to court and says they weren't a victim, that's the end of the case. Zelensky was not a victim of anything.
