Not a lawyer, but it seems to me that the more both parties chip away at the Constitution the worse things get. Maybe it's because stripping rights is not the right path.

Sorry, Phan, but unlike you I'm looking at the bigger picture here; I want to save all children's lives and provide a prosperous, free society for them. You want to clamp down and force laws to make people submit to TPTB. IMO, that's a path that ends up with an asshole like Pedo Don.

Consider the fucking morons in the Republican Party who want the "majority religion" to dictate the laws of our nation. What happens when that "majority religion" is Catholicism or Islam? Atheism? They are only looking at the small picture that serves their own interests, not the larger picture which serves everyone.
