American Indians

Some are not that dedicated to Trump but to their side and will defend it against anything Democrats or liberals say. They are those who regularly vote Republican and are doing to defend anything a Republican president does so they "beat" the other side. And the other side does the same thing as you can see by the two sides on JPP. Most believe everything and anything their side says.

I remember reading about psychological studies that show even when trying to convince a person something is false just hearing about that issue enough convinces them it is true.

While all of that is totally true, there are two things that make Trumpcucks different. One is that they are devoted to him specifically. During the primaries, they could have voted for any of the other Republicans, who were all objectively better than him, but they stuck with Trump during scandal after scandal. The second thing is that they are incapable of admitting when Trump does something wrong. Liberals were able to criticize Obama for giving in to Republicans and for his drone program. Liberals admitted that Hillary was a terrible choice. Like we said earlier, refusing to vote for her is part of why Trump won. However, Trumpcucks, unlike other Conservatives, can't admit that Trump colluded with Russia or tried to bribe Ukraine. They can't even admit that his twitter attack on the Squad was racist.

I agree. They were looking for a savior, especially older voters who think the values of their generation are disappearing (but you are ignoring the fact that any Russian collusion has been disproven).

FACTUAL RESULTS OF THE OBSTRUCTION INVESTIGATION

A. The Campaign's Response to Reports About Russian Support for Trump
B. The President's Conduct Concerning the Investigation of Michael Flynn
C. The President's Reaction to Public Confirmation of the FBl's Russia Investigation
D. Events Leading Up To and Surrounding the Termination of FBI Director Corney
E. The President's Efforts to Remove the Special Counsel
F. The President's Efforts to Curtail the Special Counsel Investigation
H. The President's Further Efforts to Have the Attorney General Take Over the Investigation
I. The President Orders McGahn to Deny that the President Tried to Fire the Special Counsel
J. The President's Conduct Towards Flynn, Manafort,
K. The President's Conduct Involving Michael Cohen

“Our investigation found multiple acts by the President that were capable of exerting undue influence over law enforcement investigations, including the Russian-interference and obstruction investigations. The incidents were often carried out through one-on-one meetings in which the President sought to use his official power outside of usual channels. These actions ranged from efforts to remove the Special Counsel and to reverse the effect of the Attorney General's recusal; to the attempted use of official power to limit the scope of the investigation; to direct and indirect contacts with witnesses with the potential to influence their testimony. Viewing the acts collectively can help to illuminate their significance. For example, the President's direction to McGahn to have the Special Counsel removed was followed almost immediately by his direction to Lewandowski to tell the Attorney General to limit the scope of the Russia investigation to prospective election-interference only-a temporal connection that suggests that both acts were taken with a related purpose with respect to the investigation.”
____________

Obstruction of justice - 18 USC 1501-1521
Witness intimidation 18 USC 1512
Emoluments - US Constitution
Abuse of power - no statute. Merely reason to be removed from office
Extortion – 18 USC 112
Solicitation of something of value from a foreign entity - 11CFR 110.2 and 11 CFR 300.2

______________

Extortion – 4 elements
Threat – withholding $400 million
Intent – Forcing public announcement of investigations
Fear – of loss of funding for defensive weapons against the Russians
Property – the thing of value is the investigations of 2016 tampering and the Bidens

Your post involves acts for crimes you think Trump committed. None have anything to do with Russian collusion which Mueller could find no evidence for.

I never thought Russian collusion occurred because nobody on either side would be stupid enough to collude with the other just as nobody would be stupid enough to blow up the Twin Towers with explosives or shoot JFK using two shooters.

"No evidence" is not the same as "insufficient evidence," eh?

USF,masses meltdown!

Mason is having a triggered liberal snowflake meltdown and trying to project it away from himself.

That's hardly a fact. Mueller documented plenty of collusion. He just couldn't find anything that amounted to criminal conspiracy.

There was no evidence of collusion. The insufficient evidence applies more to obstruction of justice.

Notice I didn’t include collusion. Those are 10 clear counts of obstruction that Mueller identified. And that over 1,000 former federal prosecutors indicated were prosecutable.

Junior’s meeting with the Russians was illegal, but Mueller did not indict because he felt Junior was too fucking stupid to know or understand the law. :rofl2:

Mueller didn't indict because no laws were broken, BOY.

There is no indication of “insufficient evidence” for obstruction.

Mueller Conclusion

“Because we determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgment, we did not draw ultimate conclusions about the President's conduct. The evidence we obtained about the President's actions and intent presents difficult issues that would need to be resolved if we were making a traditional prosecutorial judgment. At the same time, if we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state. Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, we are unable to reach that judgment. Accordingly, while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.”

Although I would have to go back and look at the report, I think he documented multiple contacts rather the collusion (coordination, etc.) Collusion suggests joint activities, planning, etc. with the Russian government.

Yes, he documented contacts which is what spurred the investigation in the first place. A meeting does not equal collusion. Even the meeting that was supposed to include dirt on Clinton resulted in nothing. The individuals were stupid to lie about those contacts.

collusion: "secret or illegal cooperation or conspiracy, especially in order to cheat or deceive others"

I noticed that. My post was limited to the collusion charge.
