She testified via video link and gave her testimony verbally rather than submitting a witness statement. All you need to do is watch the clip, it's less than 4 minutes long!

And the outfit (UCLA) that she wrote it for clearly stated at the meeting discussing writing it that it was about Depp even if they didn't mention his name. They knew everybody would infer it was about Depp.

I think he won where it mattered to him. The Court of Public Opinion. He showed how she was often the violent one, the aggressor, and how she lied many times about the things she claimed. If nothing else it proves she was not just an innocent victim of his abuse but an abuser as well.

Telling the court that Kate Moss was pushed down the stairs by him and lying about the $3.5 million dollars she said she gave to charity are huge lies. According to a couple of jurors they were the turning point.

In an email to Elton John, Depp described the mother of his children as “the French extortionist (ex-cunt).” Later texts refer to Heard as “flappy fish market,” “cum guzzling whore,” and “scumbag gold-digging cunt.”

While it’s true that Heard hasn’t donated the full amount, all evidence indicates that she intends to. In 2016, after her divorce was finalized, she entered into an agreement with the ACLU to give it the full $3.5 million over 10 years. She made the first payment but delayed the rest because Depp started trying to sue her into oblivion (she says she’s spent $6 million on her legal defense so far).

Large charity donations are routinely spread out over longer periods and representatives from the ACLU testified that Heard was transparent with them about her financial circumstances and remains committed to completing her payments.
