Yes, it was legitimately investigated and determined not to have occurred.

You cannot show us what you are asking for: proof that other states did not shut down counting at night.

In fact they have in almost every election in some of the states.

Remember that it is you who have failed to bear the burden of proof.

Ya magats do not understand how elections work and that is exposed by your point here.

Total voter turnout is what will determine if Biden can get more votes than Obama did in his and 2020 shattered records for turn out. It does not mean Biden was more popular than Obama and just that in his year the contest was tighter and thus more people turned out.

When you have a dominant guy like Obama, where it is clear early he is going to win and the competition knows it, then voter turnout ends up lower on both sides, more often than not.

States can decide to shut down in a Presidential election when ever they like, It states in the CONSTITUTION that the states can appoint their Reps to the EC ANY WAY the states legislatures decide.
So if they decide to shut down and just appoint who they want the CONSTITUTION say they can.
But again if they did I am sure they wouldn't have a job very long.

And in some states they make it hard for people to get an ID.
Instead of just being able to go to your town hall they have one place to get it and sometimes that place can be 50 / 60/ 70 miles away
