Allowing the VACCINATED

that is unconstitutional

There is nothing in the constitution regarding employment and the vast majority of jobs today are "at will" meaning before you are hired you sign off knowing that you can be let go by the employer for ANY reason he cares to. He certainly can require you to be vaccinated.

Which is why it's unconstitutional. No business can require ANY medical procedure, including any vaccination, as a condition of employment (or advancement).

just where in the constitution? They cannot force you to get a vaccination just like you cannot force them to give you a paycheck. They most certainly can post a sign on the door stating if you have not been vaccinated you cannot enter this building. It's their building and they don't have to employ you.

an employer can require anyone entering their facility to provide proof of vaccination. You don't have to provide it and they don't have to allow you in the building. You can't do your job they most certainly can let you go.

They sure as fuck can. They can require you to wear a black shirt. They can require you to park in the back. They can force you to present a doctor's note for claimed sick leave. They can even require you to get COVID vaccinated. Deal with it, bitch.
