Man is a fool, who along with Thomas, authors sophomoric opinions which he thinks rationalizes using his own political views in decisions

Had to love it when Obama, on nationwide TV in his State of the Union Address, unprecedentedly criticized the Citizens United decision and Alito shook his head, while in reality, nearly 100% of what Obama warned about came true

You need to produce a statement, Earl. Not a question. My question was based on critieria YOU set in this thread and elsewhere. If I believed he was a murderer, I would have stated: DeSantis is a murderer.

I didn't. You seem to have a very, very tough time distinguishing between statements and questions. But I realize this is your only "out" in trying to have it both ways - calling abortion murder, and protecting DeSantis.

I don't think he's a murderer, no. But you have stated that ANY abortion is murder, and have called those supporting abortion murderers. DeSantis supports it in the 1st 15 weeks.

Let's even try it again: do you think DeSantis is a murderer? By your criteria, one would have to assume so - but let's get a real answer on that one.
