Alito's comments yesterday were gold for the pro-choice movement. It sounded like a dispatch from the 15th century. Most Americans don't want a women-hating, oppressive theocracy.

That decision shouldn't be up to a state, or any other Government. It's hers alone, just like any other medical procedure. Would you want your state telling you you can't get your appendix or your wisdom teeth out?

Is refusing to donate an organ considered murder? That involves two people with different DNA. Or do you have every right to decide when and what to do with your own organs?
