True. When this first happened, it was noted that Armorer experts felt Reed was too young and inexperienced to be in charge by herself. Regardless, she's an adult and should be held responsible for her actions just like everyone else involved in this tragedy:

The person in charge should be held accountable for the actions of those under them. If a CEO says "cut the safety budget by 50%. We haven't had an accident in two years", are they responsible for an accident a 1000 miles away in a part of the company he has never seen? I believe they should based upon the capacity of their position. Same for Balwin.

He set the safety tone of the production and, by all reports, people were worried. If Hannah showed up that day with live ammo, that'd be one thing, but it was known there was live ammo on the set. It was known real guns were being used. It was known that Alec used his pistol as a pointer identifying people and positions. He should be held accountable for his actions. No more, no less.

No. Investment is a motive and irrelevant to whether a person should be held accountable for their actions. Those in charge have authority and responsibility over others. Baldwin was Executive Producer, there was an Asst. Director and there was Hannah, head armorer. All should be held accountable.

He was also seen asking Ms Gutierrez-Reed why she didn't have more weapons ready.

He was also heard saying: "We should have two guns and both we're reloading."
