GOVERNOR SAYS "NO"​



Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin on Friday vetoed a bill that would ban virtually all abortions in her state, in a surprising move.

The strongly anti-abortion governor, who has been floated as a possible running mate for presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump, announced Friday afternoon that she would reject the bill because it was “vague and would not withstand a criminal constitutional legal challenge.”

The debate is over....abortion is the law of the land.....and poor thingy don't have to worry about it....
 
I was completely shocked by this. She actually had enough common sense to know that signing could be a disaster for her and her state.

Common sense ?.....The SC couldn't have made it any plainer years ago......but the pinheads are still falling for lefty scare tactic.....

If you read the article, she understands that it could take megabucks to defend the law if it was challenged.

Whats to defend, buffoon.....the SC said its unconstitutional to ban abortion ..... unless the law was about else besides abortion.

That's the lullaby you'd like us all to believe.

They were just talking about it on O'Reilly. The pro-life movement is absolutely, 100% determined to get that law overturned, and they will continue to put cases before the court to make that happen. Trump told O'Reilly that every judge he appoints - potentially 4-5 - will be pro-life.

Why do you think it can't be overturned? It absolutely will be overturned. It will hit the country like a tsunami, and cost the GOP elections for a few cycles, but it can & will happen if Trump wins.
 
Where there's a political will, there's a way. I am not sure why the GOP would want to prevent abortions. But this is the party who claims to be pro life while they enjoy dropping bombs on brown people regularly.
