Why do you think it can't be overturned? It absolutely will be overturned. It will hit the country like a tsunami, and cost the GOP elections for a few cycles, but it can & will happen if Trump wins.

I didn't say it couldn't be overturned.....you seem to be the fortune teller here, not me....

With a different SC it could be....but its not a different SC now so there is zero danger of prohibiting abortion.....and that is what the thread is about...NOW.

Every state in the union can pass laws prohibiting abortion and every one of them will be declared unconstitutional as of today.....

The pro-life movement is 100% determined and the pro-choice movement is 100% determined....whats your point?

The final arbitrator of debate in this country is the US Supreme Court.....
They have heard the arguements
They have debated
They have made their BINDING decision.....
They have spoken
They have confirmed what is and isn't allowed
They have confirmed what is and isn't Constitutional in the US

Until the next time....THE DEBATE IS OVER

Like it or not, thats reality.
But....you can fret and worry to your hearts consent.....you don't need to.....its entirely up to you.
