'abort the court'

Doubletalk. The GOP, via SCOTUS just took America back in time yesterday - a time where desperate women flooded emergency rooms with failed self-abortion attempts.

You consider this a victory. It's a miserable failure of humanity and common sense.
most abortion are chem induced -not coat hangers. I dont consider this a victory for anything but Constitutional rule and even there we are paying the price of upheaval because of past legislating from the bench

Which is why such CRAP as "living document" should be banned from the lexicon

Read the thread, the claim was made that the rest of the world was looking at the US with shock but in reality this decision makes US abortion law look a lot more like Europe which has far more restrictive abortions laws, the state bans are mostly heart beat laws which is more in line with global consensus than abortion on demand up until the point of birth.

They are looking at us in shock. Look what our president is saying, look at what the speaker is saying. And then there's Maxine Waters. The world thinks we are falling apart. Putin saw it. China sees it. N. Korea sees it. They are shocked that the most proud powerful country in the world is imploding. That implosion is evident by the actions of our liberal/progressive citizens(?) to our highest court does what our constitution calls for, allowing the states to make their own choice on something as trivial as abortion.
Never mind our economy is in shambles, fuel costs are at (well above) record highs, food prices are skyrocketing, supply can't meet demand, etc. and the current administration doesn't give a shit.

are you familiar with the Ginsberg remarks on Roe? She said it was created by "9 robed justices" -
this is Ginsberg, not some RW juror
She also said she was no fan as the ruling interrupted the political process -how it should have been settled- by the Rehnquist court.

So all those years the rulings have been what is too restrictive or not; but in fact the actual question
should have been left to the states, and the people (10th)

I get it. Like I said i'd just have left it alone, but SCOTUS also has to make rulings based on the Constitution and there just ISNT any implied right to privacy.
So now we gotta go thru this messy process -delayed 50 years because of an activist court

Abortion was a constitutionally protected right in the United States of America. A bunch of elite judges, who are incredibly wealthy, private school brats, who have never had to want for anything in their lives, just subjected all Americans to their own, personal morals.

No argument you make can refute this. The GOP has imposed it's minority will on the majority and it will not stand.

garbage. its not about "morals" or "elitists" it's about Roe wasnt grounded by anything in the Constitution
SCOTUS has a sworn duty to uphold such

I'm pretty sure me and Lefty go way back. Unlike you, he has a great sense of humor.

Yeah, I don't think advocating violence is very funny. I think I'll go shoot a righty in the head. Just kidding. Did I crack you up?

Enjoy your little victory. It's hurting America and it will be short-lived.
