'abort the court'

Read the thread, the claim was made that the rest of the world was looking at the US with shock but in reality this decision makes US abortion law look a lot more like Europe which has far more restrictive abortions laws, the state bans are mostly heart beat laws which is more in line with global consensus than abortion on demand up until the point of birth.
someone does their research..welcome aboard

I can't wait to kick some lefty ass, Too bad I'm old.

Join STY's terrorist group and you can push the button on blowing up a daycare center.

dont embarrass yourself. Show us the implied right to privacy based on the Constitution,
and dont use the 4th as that is to paper and effects

Americans know the Constitution limits the Federal government, not unalienable rights. Putin's cocksuckers and other unregistered foreign agents don't know this fact.

No, it doesn't! It is legal in the entire western world except the US. It's not illegal in half the US. You could not be more wrong.
abortion is NOT illegal in the USA now. the states are the ones doing regulations.
Some states ban it, and I agree overturning Roe opened a can of worms, but from a Constituional POV it was poorly designed based on conjured up right to privacy.

If you want to blame some one -blame the original decision...constructed out of thin air

WTF?
who is talking about inalienable rights? who is talking about limited enumerated powers?
You need to step away from the beehive and construct a logical post, not post some blurb like mind fart

Abortion, up until yesterday was a constitutionally protected right. Our SCOTUS just took us back in time.

Gaslight. It's illegal. It was constitutionally guaranteed yesterday, it's not today.

You suck at being a twumptard, twumptard.

just because their was a Constitutional right then and not now doesnt make it illegal. Is it illegal in CA?
you post like a child with "twumptard" and poor understanding with unsubstantiated claims.
I personally would have let it stand, but I cant argue overturning it wasn't the proper Constitutional remedy either

We never had an adult conversation. Whose fault is that?

I only have adult conversations with adults. An adult would not express a desire to commit violent acts against people they disagree with. Get it chump?

so you cant show an implied right to privacy. nobody can.
and that's the problem Roe v Wade was a house of cards and this SCOTUS blew it over

According to the US Supreme court, abortion was a constitutionally guaranteed right yesterday, it is not today.

To say, "well, its legal in CA" does not help a poor single black mom in Alabama who can't take time off work to travel to CA.

You're not fooling anyone - except perhaps yourself here.

Doubletalk. The GOP, via SCOTUS just took America back in time yesterday - a time where desperate women flooded emergency rooms with failed self-abortion attempts.

You consider this a victory. It's a miserable failure of humanity and common sense.

I'm pretty sure me and Lefty go way back. Unlike you, he has a great sense of humor.

are you familiar with the Ginsberg remarks on Roe? She said it was created by "9 robed justices" -
this is Ginsberg, not some RW juror
She also said she was no fan as the ruling interrupted the political process -how it should have been settled- by the Rehnquist court.

So all those years the rulings have been what is too restrictive or not; but in fact the actual question
should have been left to the states, and the people (10th)

I get it. Like I said i'd just have left it alone, but SCOTUS also has to make rulings based on the Constitution and there just ISNT any implied right to privacy.
So now we gotta go thru this messy process -delayed 50 years because of an activist court
