Trump de-classified them.

Biden did not have the authority as VP to de-classify them.

The documents belong to the government, not Trump, and he never declassified them. You have zero proof of that. Even his lawyers never would bring up the subject of declassification. Every fucking day, you post the exact same lies.

The documents are reportedly relating to Ukraine, Iran and the UK according to the Guardian.

Biden said it was 'totally irresponsible' for Donald Trump to keep top-secret documents at Mar-a-Lago in an interview with Scott Pelley.

Not saying anything at this point but this seems to be a developing story that's getting more interesting..
And Republicans are not going to let it go away. I think we can agree on that.

When the judge ruling on the issue asked Trump’s lawyers for proof the documents were declassified, they did not supply any proof. Regardless, of Trump’s claim, he can’t declassify them in his head.
