When you have voluntary return of sensitive documents, there are no issues. Its when a man like trump refuses to return documents, hides them, all the while pretending that they belong to him, problems arise requiring FBI intervention.

That Biden had them in a non-secure location/s is very relevant.

And it’s illegal and Biden has admitted to a crime/s three times.

How many times did trump move his stolen docs? There are actual videos of this happening.
They both mishandled classified information only one of them stole the docs, refused to return them and caused an FBI team to be dispatched to return them.
