A person is standing in front of a car...........

The answer to your question would depend on the entirety of the facts.

If she only clipped him, I would say she did not have the intent to commit murder or even attempted murder.

She might be guilty of reckless endangerment. The police should, if the entirety of the facts support it, arrest her for reckless endangerment.
Lie.

Not even going into the first part, and common sense is common sense, it doesn’t vary on circumstances, nothing is gained by standing in front of a vehicle, it is inane to think otherwise
There is if you have a reasonable expectation that the driver of that vehicle is themselves reasonable. A reasonable person would not attempt to engage the vehicle in forward motion and drive forward while someone is standing in front of the vehicle.

If someone grabs at a cops gun AS A JOKE,...which is insane btw,....the cop has no way of knowing why the other person was grabbing at they're gun. Again,....he could reasonably assume his life was in imminent danger. We are talking about LAW here,....not GUESSING what someones intentions may or may not have been.
Exactly. If you try to grab a cops gun, either as a joke or seriously, You could find yourself damaged or dead.

Of course, he could. Even Trumpys can see if a car is turned in their direction,. She was doing what she thought was right, and turning right down the lane to leave. Nothing was going to save her from a trigger-happy cop who hated her. Her remarks should have taken the cops' hate level down a few notches. Not only did he kill her, but he took a video of it to show the boys.
Strawman fallacy.

Yes, Stone...really.

Both sides do stupid things.

But you are saying that (what looks to be) some young girls are doing a stupid thing because they might get hurt...which equates in your deluded mind to a law-enforcement officer who is trained NOT to do something stupid like that. And the law-enforcement officer had a gun which he used to shoot a woman, who was trying to get away from a dangerous situation, to death.

I am just guessing that some of these ICE morons have thought this kind of stuff out and realize that the Trump authorities and the MAGA morons would provide cover for them.
DON'T RUN OVER COPS TO GET AWAY FROM COPS! She CREATED the dangerous situation. She was there to interfere with federal officers. The tried to run over a federal officer.

The Left's version is: The law enforcement officer shouldn't stand in front of the vehicle of an arrest suspect because they might try to flee and that would interfere with their flight...

So...a fucking ignorant piece of shit like you thinks that the best way to describe Renee Good is to call her a stupid animal.
His opinion.
Renee Good could see that things were getting out of hand. Two ICE people were illegally attempting to enter her car...and seemed to intend her harm. So she decided to leave.
Lie. Officers were ordering out of the car. They have that authority. She ignored them and drove her car into one of the officers. She was there specifically to interfere with federal officers.
But, you apparently are happy that the woman got shot in the face.
No, but she caused her own death.
Okay. I have so little respect for you, that I cannot really lose any more.
Irrelevance fallacy.

Are you daft, you telling us now it makes sense to stand in front of a vehicle you have stopped or detained because the driver just may be reasonable? You might want to think that one over again

It might when there are multiple officers on the scene. Then again, ICE officers are not really trained for traffic stops and shouldn't have to be doing them. The only reason they are is local politicians, like Walz and Ellison in Minnesota, are dead set against letting ICE do their job in their state and keeping local and state law enforcement from helping them.
