What do you think he should do? He isn't a medical professional. There are other people better qualified to help the person with the medical emergency present who are doing so. Staff went for help, find an AED, to call 911, and the like. So, what should Trump be doing?

Someone who has nothing useful to offer in an emergency should stay out of the way of those that are actively and usefully responding.
