All trump has done in the area of persuasion is to threaten republicans he doesn't like with primarying them .
McConnell knows how dangerous that could be, giving Democratic candidates a shot at otherwise safe republican seats and he wants to protect his incumbents.
That is exactly what is going on in Arizona today.
BTW did you know that Flake voted with McConnell on the Obamacare repeal?

Numbers? That's ridiculous. Obama immediately set out to ease the country's mind about the fact that we were losing almost 1 million jobs/month. He pushed a Stimulus that saved not only our economy, but others around the world.

He set out to discuss his healthcare plans.

trump does just the opposite. He has no agenda, save for fomenting hate and division.

So go cite numbers for absolutely no reason other than wasting keystrokes.

I don't suppose your source for information has not informed you, that Donald Trump has already filed the paperwork and is officially campaigning for 2020. He is paying for these rally's with all the money left over in the campaign funds, after kicking Hillary's ass.

I could not help myself from finding that moniker amusing. I am reminded of a kid I met in the seventies when I was a ten year old. I was walking home from a park and this kenyon kid runs up to talk to me. He called himself "Man" . I asked him to come over and check out my house. When I told my mom his name, she just said "Ohhhh" in a funny kinda way that I didn't pick up on until a couple years later when I finally realized his name wasn't really "Man".

I don't suppose that your source of information has informed you that most likely Trump won't be in politics by 2020.

It doesn't matter how he's paying for it, he's holding a campaign rally 7 months into his administration .. which I guess makes weird and bizarre sense given that he held a campaign rally one month into his administration.

He holds more campaign rallies than press conferences. Proof of his cluelessness and fear of being exposed for his policy ignorance. He doesn't need it at rallies, where he can lie at will and the lemmingtards lap it up.
