No evidence was found of the server ever being hacked.

You haven't proven any crime. You have only proven you don't know the law or how the US justice system works.

Hillary knowingly and willfully set up that server. She knowingly and willfully allowed the contents--including classified information--to be copied from it. She knew her job included handling classified information and she had a security clearance.

If there was no evidence she did not know those classified documents were there, could she/should she be charged with a crime?
