3 men guilty of murder in the killing of Ahmaud Arbery

Given the photo op with trump, I don't think he has the sense to keep his head low. Let him run his mouth. There are civil cases on the horizon.

Agreed on all points. The people around him are vampires. They'll suck him dry and throw away the dried up husk when they are done with him. He and his mommy will end up perpetual losers like Zimmerman.

Where is George Zimmerman now? https://thenetline.com/george-zimmerman-now/

I do understand nuance, but even SYG laws do not allow you to start an altercation, and then claim self defense.

I think this was more about the judge and jury. Rittenhouse pre meditated a non descript killing, and the jury decided that pointing his weapon at random citizens was not considered a provocation.

It surprised me that the jurors failed to convict on endangering others. Still, it's the right of Wisconsin citizens to set up their laws as they wish. Grosskreutz should have emptied his magazine into the back of an active shooter and then it'd be him who was exonerated.

Correct. The judge was ecstatic when the jury delivered the verdict. He couldn't control his excitement.

Ironically, the Gomer Klan's lawyers are going to appeal the case based on, among other things, the fact that the jury wasn't allowed to know about Arbery's criminal history.

The Shittenhouse supporters here don't seem to comment on the contrast between the judges.

I don't think that Arbery's history has anything to do with his murder, any more than the history of the Rittenhouse victims does. However, the accused's state of mind is important in a murder trial. Rittenhouse clearly wanted to go there and hoped to shoot people, by his own admission. He also showed no remorse, as we can see in the photo that the prosecution wanted to show but wasn't allowed to.

I hope those ppl on that Rittenhouse jury see the pics of him posing with the #MalignantMango.

:hand: :hand: :hand:

Was his gun even loaded?

What we found was that everyone who approached Rittenhouse was an absolute moron. That little twerp left himself vulnerable on multiple occasions.

I agree about the difference between the two cases. The murderers knew nothing about Arbery, save for the fact that he's black. Rittenhouse's past proves that he plotted the killings in advance.

What do you think the odds are of Rittenhouse joining a white supremacist group and killing again?

Bingo

He had a chance to run for his life to the closest house that is in view...do u not think he couldnt out run the fat fucks? At about double their speed

Vols…you are dumber than a bagful of hammers. The kid had every right to run or not run wherever the hell he wanted and under Georgia’s, now defunct, citizens arrest law these three knuckleheads had no legal right to pursue him, detain him, enact a citizens arrest, assault him or kill him.

Under Georgia Law, now a defunct Georgia Law, to enact a citizens arrest, at that time, per Georgia Law requires that those enacting a citizens arrest must be either a witness or have immediate knowledge of a misdemeanor and must arrest the suspect immediately or they must be stopping a felon from escaping.

What the evidence in court showed was Arbury had committed no felony. He stole nothing so no burglary had occurred. So that condition was not met.

The evidence also clearly showed that the only alleged misdemeanor Arbury committed at that time was criminal trespass, a minor misdemeanor. The evidence also clearly showed that the three goons had not witnessed the incident of trespass nor did they have immediate knowledge of the trespass. That’s the second condition that was not met.

Since the circumstances did not meet the legal requirements for making a citizens arrest their pursuit, detainment, assault and killing of Arbury were all felonies for which the three were duly tried and convicted per the letter of the law.

Now everyone here knows you’re a mouth breathing moron and a bigot and an embarrassment to white folk all over the world and as such no rebuttal on your part is necessary as you will only prove what everyone already knows. That you have shit for brains.

True, but Rittenhouse was also a 17 year old kid just like Trayvon Martin....and not any brighter.

There's a chance that his militia intentionally dumped him on the street hoping for an "incident" to justify a militia attack. Imagine their surprise when Kyle comes out alive!

He's already a member. Slim to none. Kyle will milk this for all it's worth but he already had a taste of being on the wrong side of the law and I doubt he wants to try it again.

Excellent post. Thanks!

We'll see. He thought going to a protest where violence had happened, armed with an AR, would be "fun" and maybe he'd get to be a hero by capping someone. From all accounts he shot his mouth off and taunted the protesters. Yeah, he had some fearful months there worrying about going to prison. But he wasn't all *that* worried, per the state's exhibit #5 that they were not allowed to present. Nor did he display any remorse whatsoever, other than remorse for himself. He even stated under oath "I did nothing wrong." He'll try again. Hopefully the next time he'll be the one who gets capped, and the one who takes him out will be the "hero." Never-ending cycle of stupid.

Kyle was being chased by 3 felons or more..one had a Glock and one threated to kill him. Kyle ran and when knocked down kicked in the head attacked with a skateboard etc and a gun pointed at him he fought back

And u think he should be in prison and your side call him a racist killer

What fucking side are you talking about you genetic defective mushroom? I have not stated a single opinion on that case and I defy you to show that I have.

Which is completely fucking irrelevant. What the fuck does that case have to do with the Arbury case? Not a god damned thing you mental epileptic.

Time will tell. IIRC, he's home schooled. He's not very bright nor articulate but he'll go around giving a few speeches, hold up his AR-15 and yell "From my cold dead hands!" to loud cheers.

I doubt he'll ever amount to much other than be a lightning rod.

He'll end up dead at a young age. That will thankfully prevent him from killing others.
