Yes, it's insane and stupid to attempt an overthrow of the US government at this time. Things have not progressed anywhere close to where that would work. The US hasn't become a Venezuela or Nicaragua, yet.

No, I'm defining a terrorist as someone who commits violence for political ends. The subway shooter clearly by his social media posts, etc., meant his actions to be political.

And yes, given TDAK's posts here his tossing a brick as you describe would be an act of terrorism.

these had to be on the watch list. The "get aways" aren't quantifiable - but add to the base number

So the bottom line is that the subject title and OP is erroneous and misleading....as being on a "watch list" in and of itself does not mean you are a card carrying operative of Al Qaeda or Hamas or the Taliban...you could be just someone who knows of them or a relative or family friend. Hell, remember that Gitmo under the Shrub kicked 500 "watch list" types after years of incarceration with no explanation. And then there's this:

But here is the criteria now

It was a key Trump issue and he greatly hardened the border.
numbers were down to the ten thousands a month after REMAIN was established.

If he could have finished the wall,it would have stopped further to a trickle.
TDS or not even you should be able to confirm he did a good job on this (maybe)
