Biden won by LESS THAN 43K votes spread over three states. So a systematic ballot trafficking and ballot box stuffing scheme like this one certainly could have swayed the election.

Biden stole the election and then took control of the justice department. No surprise nothing was done about the spying on the Trump campaign. Not surprising at all. Be afraid be very afraid. November is coming and this is in at least to STATE's legal system now. :magagrin:

Where's Durham? Did Biden remove him from his position as SC? He was supposed to be investigating this. Why hasn't he indicted anyone for this grand conspiracy you claim is so obvious? Is Durham just another RINO or a liberal?

The movie prominently features surveillance footage of a voter from Gwinnett County, Ga., outside of Atlanta, who was the subject of one of the complaints dismissed Tuesday. In the footage, the voter can be seen pulling up in a white Ford SUV alongside a ballot drop box, emerging from the truck and depositing five ballots into the box.

State investigators tracked down the man, who told them that he had dropped off ballots for members of his household — himself, his wife and three adult children — as allowed under state law. The investigators corroborated his story by looking up the voting records of all five family members and confirming that their ballots were deposited in that drop box on the day the surveillance footage was recorded.

The investigators found similar circumstances with the other two complaints, noting that all the ballots belonged to legal voters and were deposited by qualifying household members.

They gave assurance of anonymity to the whistleblower. The state AG wants to know his identity. Hence the subpoena.

Yes, Joe Biden did win. It is unfortunate that he won against a scumbag unwilling to continue the process started by George Washington of a peaceful transfer of power after an election.

Durham isn't going to win the case against Sussmann. He has totally blown the case by not doing investigating before he indicted. The evidence completely exonerates Sussmann and the court has denied Durham the ability to introduce is unsubstantiated speculation.

Durham for sure did his homework. Sussman told the FBI he was not working for a client but he billed the Clinton campaign for his time for the FBI visit. If Durham loses it will be because of the Washington DC jury pool is extremely liberal.

The subpoenas compel True the Vote to turn over documents, recordings and names allegedly connected to ballot harvesting. The subpoenas also require depositions of True the Vote founder Catherine Englebrecht and her colleague Gregg Phillips.
