Your statement still doesn't make any sense in light of what you were responding to.
The text message can't be charged as a crime because the statute of limitations has expired since the text message was more than 5 years ago and Durham didn't discover the text until after the statute of limitations had expired. The text message is not evidence of what was said at the meeting since it was sent the day before. The text message is only evidence of a state of mind. It isn't proof that the charged lie was told at the meeting.

There can be no indictment for the text so there can be no toll for that since the time period has already expired.

Georgia and Arizona is currently investigating this new evidence of Ballot harvesting and trafficking. True the vote is happy to share the geo tracking data. They also have whistleblowers that True the Vote talked with the whistleblower on the condition of anonymity. hey a re keeping their promise. So True the Vote has been subpoenaed True the Vote for the identity of the whistleblowers. I'm pretty sure law enforcement can identify the owners of the phones that were geo tracked.

The only evidence that Durham can use is what the court says he can use that was provided to the defense in a timely fashion. In this case, Durham failed to provide several things to the defense as required by law so the court says he can't use it. The court has also said that Durham's team can't bring speculative bullshit into the courtroom. Of course that hasn't stopped them from doing that.
