They can see them stopping at liberal organizations they STOP at multiple Ballot boxes in a single trip and when they get to the last ballot box they stop then they turn around and go back. The can take the time of the ballot box pings. This is the same technology the police and FBI catch criminals with its the same they use with ankle monitoring. And True the Vote tested it on the cold case murder of an 8 year old girl in Atlanta they turned the evidence to the FBI of which phone were close enough to be the shooter's phone. The FBI arrested the shooter.

THEY HAVE THE OFFICIAL VIDEOS OF THE PEOPLE stuffing multiple ballot boxes . They also have whistleblower mules.
