I said I could think of several scenarios which would enable her to claim self defense.......lets start with your 360 argument.....he was climbing out of a window of her house......assuming that like most houses, the walls of her house are straight, then 180 of those segments are eliminated immediately......lets say that the window was on the side of her house (because it isn't likely she would have seen him climbing out a window in the back of her house) and that like most homes in the city, her property was surrounded by a fence.....running into a fenced back yard would not help him escape so that eliminates another 90 segments......if the fence continue along the side yard you can toss another 45-60......

so, out of the remaining 30 possible scenarios, all of them involve him running towards her.......the next time you take the helm, captain......don't run aground......

The only one I've seen trying to say he was shot in the back, has been Rune and he has yet to provide anything to support his delusions.

It is sad but you have to consider peoples right to defend themselves if they feel threatened. If you take away that right, it will just give criminals a bigger safety to zone to operate in if they know they can't be legally threatened. Safety of the innocent first, if that costs the lives of teen criminals, it might be sad, but they were doing something they shouldn't.
 
It amazes me that some would take the position that law abiding citizens need to be more tolerant of those who break the law......

Does he ever? I was discussing earthquakes with him and he made some outlandish claims and he never once cited anything to support his assertion and he passed it as fact and just insulted me over and over because I asked him to support his claim.
