The lady had no way of knowing if this black thug, because of the astronomical rate of the violence of black thugs committing murder, if her life was in danger because he saw her face.....for that reason alone she shoulda shot the arsehole.

dimwitted child......she was outside when he climbed out of the window.....that means he was coming toward her........there was then a confrontation and she shot him.......now those are the only facts I am aware of at the moment, but based on those facts I can think of several scenarios which would enable her to claim self defense OR the Castle Doctrine......now I know that you were there hiding behind the bushes and saw the whole thing but you haven't shared your private cache of facts with us yet......therefore I am limited to the facts that have been made available......

Whether she was in the right or in the wrong, whether the teen was in the right or in the wrong, the point is, someone died and it didn't have to be like that. No one should die for stealing, they should be detained and rehabilitated, but not shot dead. That's sad no matter WHO was in the wrong.

As a Ship's Captain I am aware that a compass is composed of 360 segments of an arc known as degrees, each divisable into 60 minutes and each of those further into 60 seconds.....please inform us how you determined that out of all the possible directions the victim could travel that he retreated towards her, especialy considering that he must have been
traveling away from her...to be struck from behind.

At this point, none of can what really happened. I have read he she was in the house and outside of the house, but all reports indicate some type of confrontation ensued. It is reported she has cameras, maybe they have video of it.

Then maybe criminals who are stealing; should lay face down in the grass/dirt/concrete and remain immobile, when they are caught. :dunno:

I've read several news reports and several comments from his enabling family; but I've seen nothing that has stated, except for your proclamations, he was shot in the back. :dunno:
