I agree that blacks still have a long way to go and a lot of work and self examination to do.
They need to accept that much of what they need in the way of change is up to them.
The first thing they need to do is start admitting and accepting their own share of the responsibility for the position they keep finding themselves in.
It's long past the time to stop making excuses and stop blaming everyone else and progressives need to stop acting like they need to be coddled, protected and treated like children.
White proggies are just prolonging blacks' troubles and even making them worse.
Nobody ever solved their problems or improved their situation by blaming others.
Yes there is racism, but not to the level that can hold any black citizen back from achievement if they pursue it.
But until the problem is allowed to be openly discussed rather than swept under the rug and avoided, things will continue as they are.
Blacks will continue to have the highest school dropout rates, absentee father rates, gang affiliation rates, violent crime rates and the resulting incarceration rates.
It is what it is.
