The word "terrorist" as it is used to describe both foreign and domestic terrorists, involves using violence to coerce governments to change policy.

That is obviously not the case with blacks shooting at other blacks as the result of gang and drug turf disputes.

To call these kinds of shootings "domestic terrorism" is a false equivalence.
