They failed because the plaintiffs did not present any evidence to support their case.

It had nothing to do with biased judges. If any judge allowed a case in court with no evidence they should be removed.

I suggest you read some of those cases to see the real problem. The plaintiffs had no evidence of voter fraud--they only have the allegations which have easily been proven false. Now, even Rudy has admitted his claims about the fraudulent ballot counters in Atlanta were lies.

Even Republicans seeking evidence to determine if they believed the fraud charges could not get evidence. Senators Bill Lee and Lindsey Graham asked for a presentation of the information. They sent Rudy to talk to them who just repeated the same false accusations. Mark Meadows said his son could find no "dead" voters and Tucker Carlson said he stated he hated Trump because they were supposed to supply him a list of dead voters which never appeared.

Because something is open and candid doesn't make it lurid but book banners always see it that way, which says more about them than the books. Books have been wrongly banned as "pornographic" at least since Lady Chatterly's Lover in the 1920's. The difference now is just the intensity of the banning efforts. It is graphic but not lurid, and it is plain stupid to think anything useful is done by shielding it from the eyes of teenagers.
