They initially thought he was from out of state. Sailor is correct; he's from Conklin, NY. A well known mentally whacked idiot. As strict as NY's authoritarian laws are supposed to be, they aren't doing much to help sick fucks like Payton Gendron.

If NY had taken care of their citizens half as much as they claim to do now, perhaps this 18 year old wackadoodle wouldn't have murdered 10 people, maybe more, and ruined his entire life in the process. What a waste. It's sad.

IMO, the basic problem goes to a society that constantly let's itself be led by those in power...who are often owned by those who donate the most to them.

We've allowed ourselves to fall backward into a kingdom ruled by those who pay the most tribute to our overlords in Washington, DC. LOL

The good news is that we have the power to take it back. It's all in the vote. No one has to know what each of us votes, just do it. Show up or, as I do, vote by mail. :D

Since the authorities never filed a New York State Extreme Risk Protection Order Application (New York's Red Flag law) with the courts after the High School shooting threat, the shooter was never flagged in the NICS database as ineligible to own or purchase firearms.

Yet another case where Liberals want MORE MORE MORE gun control laws, yet they can't even use the laws they already have on the books.
