I am honest. Doesn't matter that it was appealed. What matters is that it was even used in the first place, for crying out loud. The thinking process of you libs is amazing to behold. What happens when it's appealed and some appeasing judge affirms it? It should not even be used in the first place, and that's the point.

There was a case where Sharia Law was used in the USA in a case of domestic abuse. The husband was cleared because Sharia Law permits hitting your wife. Did you know that? If you didn't, then obviously I know more about Sharia Law than you do.
