Newt steals from fanny

I am.....and video doesn't lie..

The pay me for advice on an issue I have 15 years of experience with, they also dont pay me simply for advice, I prepare there case and prep the witnesses and more.

So Newt lobbying Congressional Republicans on behalf of Freddie Mac while the Republican controlled Senate sat on THE BILL that would have regulated the GSEs and, in your view, prevented the global financial crisis doesn't bother you one bit?

That's awesome.

Gingrich didn't lobby Republicans,,,,he was a consultant to Freddie Mac....can't you grasp the difference.

Gingrich has no vote on anything before the Senate or House....no power at all....

Gingrich, the former House speaker said he acted as a "historian," did no lobbying and warned of the company's "insane" business model.

Gingrich's campaign website after the Nov. 9 debate says the Gingrich Group offered "strategic advice" on a number of issues, including "how to reach out to more conservatives."

Here's what the Gingrich statement said on that point:

The Gingrich Group stressed that Freddie Mac must be open to reform of their lending practices but that by stressing the historical success of public-private partnerships in achieving public goods at a minimum of taxpayer money and bureaucracy.

Until and IF, pertinent facts emerge from other than "un-named sources", saying more, I will take Gingrich at his word....accusations without proof from someone with the balls to not hide as an 'unnamed source' isn't enough for me......thats why I find the videos of Frank so compelling .....

Assuming you actually get said case and go to court......otherwise, you only supply advise and I'm sure get paid for it, just a thousands of consultants do ......
I personally know a few in DC making 100,000 + to "consult".....lucky stiffs.

do you understand what a consultant is Jarod? They are people who get paid for advice.

Are you going to sit there and tell us that Newt has no experience?

Ha!

Partisan hackery at its best. 1.6 million for advice! Newt was so worried about the ethics he called it historian services. Not sure how many use those. We don't.

Stop being so fucking retarded. This is an election campaign. Newt is the threat making him the target. This poll proves Newt is not only NOT irrelevant, but the candidate Obama does not want to face and the reason Herman Cain is off the hook this week. If Romney is the nominee- he too will beat Obama. It is an Anyone but Obama year.

Nice to see you finally owning up to your case of ODS!

Remember how you used to taunt anyone who advocated "Anybody But Bush"? And yet here you are advocating Anybody But Obama...

Don't sweat it...what's one more example of you being a gigantic hypocrite?

I see a difference between an employee and a purchased politician.

But only when that "purchased politician" has a (D) after his/her name...you've railed and ranted about how much money Democrats have taken, but nary a word from you about Republicans taking money...and it doesn't surprise me in the least.

And you don't think maybe that includes some republican voters who won't say they would support Newt over Obama at this time, because they are still holding out hope for their guy/gal? The independents and undecideds are clearly enough to swing this election, and Obama isn't doing too well with them. I doubt he will pick up many TEA Party voters, regardless of who the Republican party nominates. So... ID's "toast" assertion is spot on, unless something really dramatic happens to change the dynamics of our current conditions, and you don't believe in divine miracles, do you?

He's always had a bit of trouble with understanding polling. The polling of a primary candidate against an incumbent, that is basically a statistical tie, is bad news for the incumbent. When you also consider the negative polling on Obama and the state of the economy- toast :D
