Very funny!
my good lord. how does it make wrong? if i don't remember something right this minute, but then remember it tomorrow, how am i wrong to say right now i don't remember it? and then when i remember it tomorrow, how does that change the FACT i don't remember it right now?
go ahead, i dare you to answer those questions.
Try and keep up...if he initially claimed he didn't remember any sexual harassment complaint...then he later claims he DOES remember, that renders his initial statement, however truthful when first spoken, wrong.
But that's not the point and stop trying to move the goalposts.
YOU claimed that Cain didn't change his story despite the fact he's recanted his initial statement that he didn't recall any alleged harassment and now claims he does remember.
wait a minute, so at the time he didn't remember, then later remembers, that makes it wrong that AT THE TIME he didn't remember?
you're a fucking idiot.
how many times do i have to explain this simple concept to you. if you asked me something right now and i said, i don't remember. and then i remember tomorrow, that does not make my statement that RIGHT NOW i don't remember wrong. and when i do remember LATER that does not change the fact that right now i don't remember.
good lord, you are so dense.
i don't remember. now i remember.
not changing a story.
good grief
And you need to go back and reread this thread.
The discussion doesn't concern whether or not he was wrong when he made his initial statement...the discussion is about you claiming he didn't CHANGE HIS STORY.
Do try and keep up and quit trying to derail this thread.
Remember when you were discussing THIS?
Maybe you can stick to the topic being discussed from here on out?
however truthful when first spoken, wrong.
once again for the retarded:
cain did not change his story.
and zappa is the one who made it about being wrong:
this is zappa's logic:
person A: how old were you when you learned algebra?
person B: i don't remember
a day goes by
person B: i remember, i was 13
zappa would claim that person B changed his story, when the truth is, nothing changed, except he now remembers his age. his first statement is unchanged, because at the time he did not remember.
hopefully this will finally sink in for zappa, though i don't hold out much hope.
"Nothing changed"...yeah..except when the kid remembers learning Algebra...LOL!
It CHANGED from "I don't remember"...to "13"...see how his story changed?
no. did his original statement change? yes or no...
Did his story change?
Yes...Yes it did!
how? if his original statement did not change, then how did his story change?
Because his answer on day 2 was DIFFERENT than it was on day 1...therefore his story CHANGED.
his answer is not different. did he claim he actually remembered on day 1? no. the answer on day 1 remains the same. his answer on day 2 remains the same.

He didn't get refreshed. He conveniently didn't remember, then remembered one thing, then remembered one thing a few more things, but as to the few more things, the only thing he remembers is that they were ridiculous but not what they were.
And he didn't know of any settlement but he hoped it wasn't much money. Then he did remember a settlement. Then the settlement was just an agreement. Then the agreement was for 3-6 months salary.
Get real, Yurt.
I dont remember.
I did not do it.
It was minor.
If we settled, it was for a small amount. (he does not remember)
This is all because Im black.
No, I wont release the woman from her confidentality agreement.
Choose the explination you want to belive...
Cain will not be your nominee, if for no other reason, because he cannot handle crisis very well, can he?
Yeah, he is lying, and there is more to this than he wants to admit. His not releasing the woman so she can speaks says it all to me.
I seem to remember:
"I didn't have sex with that woman"
and
"What is the meaning of is"
What proof do you have that he can release anything?
I thought the actual quotes were "I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Ms. Lewinsky" and "It depends on what the meaning of 'is' is."
