Because history records it as such, that's how I know. If I were completely ignorant of history as you are, as are most of the billion Muslims who have been taught to believe an alter reality, I wouldn't know it... But since I understand the time-lines, and the events which lead up to Mohamed and the creation of Islam, and since I comprehend that Moses and Abraham were NOT indeed Muslims, and that it is nearly impossible to believe the supposed lineage from Abraham to Mohamed, as it requires you to believe people could live for 2,500 years before having children and such.... I have to 'side' with the Jews and Christians on this one... especially since their version predates Mohamed's version by a few thousand years, at least.

Be clear... the Muslims have wanted to exterminate the Jews since the inception of Islam, not merely since 1948. Again, history is FULL of record on this, and it's not disputable among intelligent people. It is only the ignorant of history, and misled Muslim followers who believe otherwise. You are also wrong about the "radicals" or "tiny number of extremists" as I have also pointed out... this is the basic tenant and foundational purpose of the religion itself, the condemnation, opposition, and ultimate annihilation of the Jews. ANYONE who is a practitioner of the Islamic faith believes this, or they are not being honest about what they believe. That is most certainly a possibility, as one of the tenants of Islam is Taqiyya, the practice of LYING to the rest of the world about their motives and objectives, in order to further the greater cause of Islam.

In order to accept the teachings of Islam, and the supposed time-line between Abraham and Mohamed, you have to suspend reality... or rewrite history. The descendants skip over 12...15...25 generations as if they were nothing, and there is no explanation given, Muslims simply believe that people lived 2,500 years or more before having offspring... I guess a Muslim's life expectancy was better before they started blowing themselves up in the name of Allah? Some defenders of Islam may argue that the Christian time-line is wrong, and it wasn't that much time between Abraham and Mohamed, but we have historical accounts of these generations of people, they did exist, and they left evidence of their existence, we can't just ignore that because we need to make the chronology work.
 
If what you say is true then how do explain the large Jewish and Christian populations in Moorish Spain, if you want to know about persecution then you should bone up on the Spanish Inquisitions. Following the expulsion of over 700,000 Palestinians in the late 1940s, there was over a million Jews likewise expelled from Arab countries. Ask yourself if they were so despised why had they been able to live in Arab countries for hundred of years?

I know about the Spanish Inquisitions, and the Christian Crusades... I am familiar with general world history. I did not say that Jews and Christians were powerless victims to Muslims for all those years. The very fact that Jews still exist today, and Christians as well, is a testament to how much of a fight they've waged against a religion devoted to their destruction. If the Jews and Christians had not held great power and strength throughout history, they would have been wiped out long ago.
