I find it interesting that noone will admit to supporting Perry yet he remains the frontrunner.

You obviously pay very little attention to what people actually say on this board if you think the 6 or 7 Republicans on here would just automatically say they support the person leading in the polls 14 months before the election.
 
I am in favor of Perry as the GOP candidate. He's the best representative of the Republican Party's policies.
 
From what little I saw of the debate last night....9/12..........I'd gonna predict that Perry and Paul and Huntsman are gonna be gone soon....

I never said that anyone here supports him. IN fact it is my belife that the people on this board are generally people who are willing to discuss and defend there positions. It is also my belife that those who support Perry are not people who wold generally be willing to support and discuss there positions. Those Republicans on this board are not typical Republicans. That is a complament.

Who do you predict wins the Republican nomination?
 
I understand that once Perry gets the Republican nomination almost all of the ABO crowd will support Perry, I just want to know who belives him to be presidental material before it comes down to Perry v. Obama.

Too soon to tell......one word word in these debates or one unknown issues comes up and wham....anyone could be gone....

So we wait and see....I'm a gambler but I wouldn't risk a cent on taking a guess at this point.

ANY.....ANY....Any present or past governor comes to the job with more qualifications than Obama had to offer ....he had none and it shows....
