I've not SPUN anything here... it appears that's what YOU are trying to do! You want to conveniently forget to count the single largest entitlement program in the history of the world, which is Obama's signature 'accomplishment.' Just completely ignore that, and he has still rung up a massive debt the likes we have never seen in American history. Take Obamacare completely out of the equation, and he still ranks as the highest spending president of all time.
Several analytical sources have calculated the cost of Obamacare over the next 20 years, you are welcome to do your own research, I am finding their estimates to be between 7 and 10 trillion dollars. And no, that isn't already included in the national debt, and won't be counted until the money is allocated somewhere down the road. In fact, the bulk of that cost will not kick in for 10 more years, because it had to be set up that way for the CBO to score it as they did, and for Democrats to claim it "reduced the deficit!" But.... it does still count as Obama spending! When you add that to the unprecedented spending already, his total is greater than all other presidents combined. That's what I stated, that's what I stand by.
