The Mega-Rich Have Declared War Against Ordinary Americans

Does a labor union hire workers? No, the company hires workers. Labor unions protect workers rights, something you don't believe in. If a worker is lazy the union is not at fault, but must protect his rights all the same. Your one line posts prove how out of touch and ignorant you are about labor and reality. Sober up.

Companies create jobs.

Public unions, because of socialist union heads/bosses, have become parisites to this great country, and it's time for them to go.

They're hated more & more as each day goes by.

There,,,, there's more than one line.

They are just hated by the hand full of people who believe that corporation and the government are more important than people and their quality of living.

I do believe you are in the minority in this country, more people support the unions and their bargaining rights than don't!

Then why is union membership at an all time low?

Then why is union membership at an all time low?

Jobs are at an all time low and people thought if they got a college education, that they are guaranteed the same lifestyle as the parents.
The public has stood by and watched as corporations have set the stage and now, I think people are starting to wake up a little, and realize that their lives are losing ground and there is no guarantee. Unions were largely associated with blue collar jobs, but I think that will begin to change. China, India and the other countries are catching up to us in the areas of education and technical training, and the demand for techs from America will decrease, they will no longer require, say for instance, the American to do the CAD program so it can be manufactured in China, they will be doing it all, and then, I think you will see tech and service jobs uniting to create better working conditions for their members.
It is always the reason people come together!

But I believe opertunity greatly increases the quality of living. Not corporation and government.

Unions aren't a problem until they start taking food, clothes, medical, etc, oh and opertunity away from me for themselves.

And that's what they've done, and are doing.

Their success is at my expense.

People are pushing back. People/victims like me.

Perhaps Americans see the american unions for what they really are – an extension of what is worst about American labour. Incidentally what is worst about American labour and american unions is almost identical to what is worst about American corporations and their management. Self serving arrogance and a total lack of respect for anyone but themselves.
Unions should be there to protect the human assets of the company from exploitation and to be part of the running of the company in the same way that the person who represents the machinery is part of the management process or the person who looks after the conversion of human resources and goods into money – that would be the financial directors.
As long as you allow power hungry flat cap capitalists to run your unions membership will fall. We cannot expect company bosses to care more for their human assets than they do about other assets but we SHOULD expect union representatives to care for their members above themselves.

They can't respond to the evidence because they believe in the conservative plan-destroy American society and democracy for personal/international corporate gain, make America an oligarchy while driving 99% of the population into poverty. The only problem is the radicals here don't believe they are in the 99% and they will somehow prosper.

Out of all the posts on this thread not one radical conservative fascist here disputed any of Ken's points. As usual they attack the messenger.
Just keep you hands over your eyes and ears and mouths just like the obedient little monkeys you've been conditioned to be.

Revolution against the takeover of our govt by international corporate and communist interests? In order for the U.S. to survive it has to happen. If not, say hello to more American fascism. Obama had better find his shoes and start walking with the working people in this country or he's toast too.

Teabaggers are starting to regret their voting decision, they're starting to realize conservatives don't give a shit about jobs unless those jobs are created in China and instead of taxing Bush's Base they are attacking the rights of working people and their children. I'm hoping there will be a huge backlash against the current rise of fascism, if not the poverty conservatives want to impose on Americans will lead to revolution.

Crashk jizzed in neocon face right here.
