Yea, full scale war takes a lot of mobilization. Hey, if we are still in Libya 8 years from now, then we can make a comparison. Otherwise, you are just defending Bush.

First you say Bush had a sneak attack on Iraq similar to the Japanese attack on Pearl, now you agree with me that you are indeed a moron for stating such nonsense.

The funny thing is, I actually disagree with Bush's timing of Iraq and agree with Obama's decisions thus far in Libya. It is the left's response on this board (and in general) along with the media coverage that I am mocking.

The 'in other news' portion requires no research at all. What it does require is for you to have an intelligence level greater than that of a rock. We all know who started/opened the three. The point, that you are quite obviously too ignorant to comprehend is that your beloved messiah Obama did not shut down GITMO as he promised, He did ESCALATE (you seem to have missed that word or perhaps I should use words with fewer syllables... would that help you?) the war in Afghanistan and there are still 50k troops in Iraq... you know... that place that Obama said the surge would fail... yet it worked.

Learn to grasp the English language, learn to comprehend what you read... then perhaps you will stop proving to the world what a complete moron you are.

Projection. Obama is not my 'beloved messiah'. Please show me all my posts where I heap praise on Obama? I was behind President Bush going after bin Laden in Afghanistan. I was against him going into Iraq, and as the fiasco unfolded, it turned me vehemently against Bush. I was willing to see if Obama's plan for Afghanistan showed results. I now believe we should get out of there. I have mixed feelings about Libya. Someone needs to stop Quadaffi from using his military against his people. A no fly zone seems a measured response. Time will tell.

I am sure of one thing. If Obama had done nothing, your right wing children would be calling him weak. So there is nothing he will ever do that you will support. I DID support Bush until he lost my support by his actions, not his party...THAT is what adult citizens do...try it sometime.

First, I said "officially" ended the hostilities. Did you ever hear of V-E Day, or V-J Day? I sure as heck don't see any U.S. celebration of "V-I Day."

The situation in Iraq deteriorated for years after bush announced the official end of hostilities. It was a civil war between Sunni and Shi'ite. Nothing like this happened in Germany and Japan, and we both know it.
