I'm curious as to why this dude has now twice sought absolution for not doing his job from elected officials. If he believes that the evidence is there, collect it and report on it rather than try to get others to mock constituents. That is his actual job, not to attempt to get elected officials to tell us what to think.

Bring out all the evidence, make it clear, do some investigation, and over 99.9% of the "nutjobs" will go away.

If a COLB is released they'll demand a forensic analysis of the paper and ink, and then argue with those results.

Never harrassed a single mom (or married one) in my life. I will always point out the immorality of premarital sex as I teach. I will always point out the unfortunate circumstances that can occur with this or with divorce. This I will point out to young folks before they reach this situation in hopes that they can avoid it. After it occurs it is my Christian job to do the best I can to help the single mom (or dad for that matter) with their situation.

Never beat a homosexual. I will always point out the immorality of such behavior but have never even been impolite to such a person in conversation, much less beat one.

Shoot doctors? I am assuming you mean those who perform abortions. While I stand adamantly against abortions I condemn any who would shoot these doctors. That is not the way to bring about change.

Shoot anyone? I would shoot anyone who is threatening me or my family and be justified in doing so. But no, I would never just randomly shoot anyone.

Join a militia? I would say that it depends on the type of militia you are talking about. I haven't seen one that I would join but will not state that it would be un-Christian to do so, given the right situation.

Run a network...TV network or radio network I presume. No, I don't think He would be involved in that. If you are referring to the big televangelists...definitely no, I don't think He'd be doing that.

Own a weapon? You got to be kidding on this one. Jesus' disciples went armed about everywhere they traveled. When they came to arrest Jesus, Peter drew his sword to prevent it....cut off Malchus' ear and then Jesus put it back.

Run for president? Jesus probably wouldn't run for president but there is nothing in the law governing Christianity preventing Christians from running for president. As long as the Christian can "render unto Caesar....and unto God..." and strike the correct balance he can run for political office. That's just wishful thinking on your part it seems.

Burn a cross? Absolutely correct. Jesus would not (nor should those who claim to be His followers) burn a cross as a sign of intimidation like it has been used in the past.

Hate His enemies? In fact this is a part of Christianity that so many struggle with. We want to get back at our enemies. Anyone wrongs us we want to retaliate. That's human nature. You are correct, Christianity calls on us to fight against human nature and "...love your enemies, do good to those who despitefully use you and persecute you..." So many of us wrestle against that every day of our lives.

Attack the poor? Now you seem to be getting political with your WWJD thingy. I haven't seen any Christians "attack" the poor lately but I will just assume that you are referencing Republicans opposing what they call "government handouts" to people. God's law, both old and new, made provisions for the poor. This is where I part ways with most conservatives in that I like a government safety net for the poor. I also understand where a Christian might come from in that "if a man does not work, neither should he eat." There needs to be balance and some checks and balances to prevent defrauding any system (like welfare, food stamps, etc.), which I am not against, designed to help "the poor."

Side with the rich? Now that depends. Is the "rich" doing his job with his riches? Is he providing for the less fortunate of his riches? Is he keeping the moral code of Christianity? If he is, Jesus would side with such a man. You are correct that not many do. Hence, "It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven." Not impossible, mind you, just not probable.

Put His name on merchandise? I don't think Jesus would be involved in this either. While we are not prevented from putting His name on things (we are, after all, supposed to wear His name ourselves) I don't think Jesus would appreciate the merchandising of Christianity that goes on so much today. "See that you do not make my Father's house a den of thieves..."

Nah, there'd be paperwork showing what happened. I could live with that. HI is supposed to have the actual document that produced the computer generated document that was put online. If such destruction took place there would be a valid reason and many people would be effected, not just one.

I am not saying it happened, I am asking if it did, what would be your position? I am interested in if you belive a birth Cert is required to furfill the constitutional issue.

since you're a lawyer, what is the best evidence of proving obama's birth in hawaii? a copy of the original or the colb (given the original exists)...
