...It can be if the rules specify.

For instance...

You plagiarized the documentary "Grass" for your debate about legalization of marijuana, so your debate wasn't one on one...it was you and the writers of that documentary vs. your opponent.

But since the rules didn't say you COULDN'T utilize material and info from other sources, people let it slide.

Why can't you admit you rushed into this and didn't properly establish the ground rules in your haste to belittle Bfrgn?

a one on one debate means you debate your opinion, you can use sources to substantiate your opinion, but to simply give a link and nothing else is not a debate. but i guess in your hack world, it is. no wonder you rarely discuss the topic or issue and instead spend most of your time whining and bitching about people. did post 85 scare you? you haven't addressed it.

If I can't pay for the treatment, I shouldn't be getting the treatment..same as any other commodity....I can't afford a Porsche and I don't expect you to buy me one....why the hell should you expect me to buy you a heart transplant.... :confused:

If you liberals insist on taking care of everyone in the world, then pay for it yourselves, or don't insist....

Health care is not a commidity and it is very different from any other service. People can live without luxeries but you can't live without medical treatement.

Yurt, what I have posted compared to you would be War & Peace and the 26 volumes of the Warren Report vs. your blank piece of paper.

I already said that I don't know if it is constitutional. Anyone who says they know for sure is a liar. I speculate based on previous cases, Justices Scalia and Roberts may disappoint all the folks on the right who are now staunch advocates for personal irresponsibility...health care welfare queens.

Most things the government does is constitutional or else nothing is. If everyone agrees that something is constitutional does that mean it is? Is the constitution a living document or is it a restraining order on government?

Thank you for your honest self indictment. As I have said before, conservatives never have a penny of human capital in their solutions except for 3 exceptions: ME, MYSELF and I.

If you needed life saving treatment or a heart transplant, I guaranteed all your bluster would turn to begging and sobbing. You would suddenly have an epiphany that health care is a right, not a commodity.

Liberals did not cause the health care crisis; corporations, corporate farms, insurance cartels, hospitals, doctors and greed are the root causes. America is being fed pig slop from the corporate trough that has created a population suffering from malnourished obesity. Doctors and hospitals have become profit centers where over-utilization is the goal.
