THats my point, you said the C does not say you have to have a BC to get a passport...
It also does not say you have to be a Natural Born Citizin to get a passport.
If Obama were not born here, there should be some records showing when he became a citizin, when he got here, and where he was born. This is not an issue, but the more you blow it up... the more fun it becomes.
This is playing directly into the Obama plan........ Keep you guys looking like loons and make it seem that this crazy issue is all you got.

what people like SM are claiming is that the COLB and the law at that time, allowed someone born outside of hawaii to still get a hawaii b/c....SM is correct on that....but....SM is wrong because the COLB says obama's birth location is hawaii, it would not, if obama was born outside hawaii
i'll ask again:
how does one VERIFY one is eligible to be president if the issue becomes relevant? i've asked this 3 times now....man up and answer it

Let's be more realistic. This began when he was a candidate, and continues because he never did do what his opponent did. You know, that other guy who would have been the 44th President had the exact same election gone differently.
