Can anyone tell us where he got the idea that the tea party was a threat or was responsible for the massacre?

In the article cited:

What did they say that offended him so?

Not in the story.

His name is J. Eric Fuller..."a military veteran who was passionate about liberal causes and who had supported Ms. Giffords, was “involuntarily committed for mental health evaluation,” according to Jason Ogan, a spokesman for the Pima County Sheriff’s office.

Mr. Fuller, who was shot in the left knee and the back on Jan. 8, was among several victims, medical personnel and others who attended a special forum televised by ABC and hosted by Christiane Amanpour.

State Representative Terri Proud, a Republican, was sitting two rows behind Mr. Fuller. The topic of gun control had come up in the forum, she said, and a comment was made by one of the speakers about a bill that was introduced recently in Arizona that would allow staff members on college campuses with concealed weapons permits to carry guns.

Ms. Proud said she spoke up to clarify the exact language of the bill. At that point, Trent Humphries, the founder of the Tucson Tea Party, who was sitting one row behind her, rose to speak and suggested that discussion about gun legislation be postponed until after the funerals. He started to explain that he, too, had been affected by the tragedy through a neighbor who was a victim.

That was, according to Ms. Proud, when Mr. Fuller blurted out to Mr. Humphries: “You’re dead.”

Come on everyone knows violent language doesnt matter or create any real violence.

Just for the record that is sarcasm

a bullshit biased article in order to produce a red herring so the libs can attach a mentally deranged individuals shooting spree to a political movement.

Only a complete neocon parrot with delusions of intelligence would call VIDEO TAPE OF PEOPLE "biased".

This is why your screen name is a joke, STY....because documenting people in the act and pointing it out is hardly a "red herring".

I don't condone the man's threatening the teabagger...but when someone asks where did he get the idea that the teabaggers advocate violence in any shape, form or matter.....well, the videos speak for themselves. If you like, I can produce more evidence for you to ignore. :awesome:

and only a completely ignorant politically hacked moron would continue to refer to anyone that disagrees with them a 'neocon', especially when it's been pointed out to you numerous times that someone is a LIBERTARIAN. But don't let that stop you from looking like a douche.

much the same way that a bunch of people can label a grassroots organization as 'astroturf' because they are totally disbelieving that so large a group of people can actually sway an election away from the mainstream.

it's not going to matter how much evidence you produce, it will not stop retards like you from maintaining that the TEA party people are nothing but racist haters.

Well, if there is proof Mr. Fuller was viewing this biased, hate filled

website, that would certainly explain where he learned to spew his

hate speech and cause him to make threats against those that don't

view things in the same narrow minded way he does....

If there is proof from TCPinhead...which of course there isn't.

..."Pima County sheriff's spokesman Jason Ogan says mass shooting victim James Eric Fuller, 63, remains at a Tucson hospital Sunday on an involuntary psychiatric hold, for a mental evaluation.

Fuller was taken to a hospital Saturday afternoon by sheriff's deputies who arrested him on misdemeanor charges - for making a threat and for disorderly conduct - after Fuller told Tea Party leader Trent Humphries after a town hall event: "You're dead."

Fuller confronted Humphries after the taping of an ABC-TV Sunday news show Saturday at a local church.

The town hall event was organized by ABC-TV and focused on the Jan. 8 mass shootings and the aftermath.

Fuller was invited to the taping, along with other shooting victims and "heroes" and by ABC producers to take part in the event, hosted by Christianne Amanpour.

Fuller was obviously upset by some remarks made by Humphries, who - at the taping - defended the Tea Party's political rhetoric during Congresswoman Gabriel Giffords' reelection campaign.

Fuller is recovering from being shot in the knee and the back.

Moments after he was taken into custody, he asked the deputies who grabbed a hold of his arms and hustled him out of the town hall event to slow down, "please," telling them that he was a shooting victim and in pain.

"You're not in a hurry are you?" he asked them.

Ogan said that while Fuller was being escorted out, deputies decided he needed a mental health evaluation and he was taken to a hospital..."

it should be completely unconstitutional for law enforcement to determine a mandatory mental evaluation based on a verbal threat and disorderly conduct.
