Teabagger/oather/libertarian......basically clowns all belonging to the same neocon circus who think they're better than each other. Bottom line: YOU are stupid enough to call DOCUMENTED VIDEO EVIDENCE of your like minded morons using threatening language/actions against POLITICAL POLICY DISCUSSIONS "biased". :palm:

much the same way that a bunch of people can label a grassroots organization as 'astroturf' because they are totally disbelieving that so large a group of people can actually sway an election away from the mainstream.

REALLY? Because since they've gotten into office and have fallen into lock-step with the neocon GOP establishment.....I haven't heard the media coverage of the tea party WITHOUT the Koch brothers or Dick Armey's Freedomworks footing the bill, have you toodles? Again, I produce DOCUMENTATION that answered the question regarding tea party violent threats and hysteria inducing language....and YOU can't Libertarian BS your way past it.

it's not going to matter how much evidence you produce, it will not stop retards like you from maintaining that the TEA party people are nothing but racist haters.

You can't smokescreen your way out of this one, STY.....the man asked a question and I gave a valid, documented answer. Seems your Libertarian mindset is that when you don't like the answer, you just claim that the evidence doesn't matter. Oh yeah, that defense will keep you out of jail. :palm: Once again STY, you prove that your screen name is one big joke.

it should be completely unconstitutional for law enforcement to determine a mandatory mental evaluation based on a verbal threat and disorderly conduct.

Why?

It's better than throwing people in jail and them coming out more mentally disturbed.

Hopefully, as the health care plan matures over the years mental health will be given the consideration it deserves. Threats and disorderly conduct could very well be a sign of mental illness. Disorderly conduct was definitely a sign with Loughner.

Edit: When we hear http://www.audiomicro.com/carnivorous-animals-carnivore-wolf-sound-effects-165147 instead of http://www.audiomicro.com/sheep-goat-goats-sound-effects-173020 we should realize there might be a problem.

1) They are not doctors.
2) they have no psychological training to determine whether a person needs a mental health evaluation or not.
3) Unless a person has committed an actual crime, law enforcement has no authority or power to mandate anything for anyone. Unless, of course, you'd prefer a police state to a free state.

Well, if there is proof Mr. Fuller was viewing this biased, hate filled

website, that would certainly explain where he learned to spew his

hate speech and cause him to make threats against those that don't

view things in the same narrow minded way he does....

If there is proof from TCPinhead...which of course there isn't.

:palm: Post #5, #13 and #15 explains who Fuller is, and the motivation for his action, the appropo question that was put out there and the answer I gave. I never stated that Fuller saw the video, I merely provided proof that such information is easily available to all and has been for some time. Fuller was a victim of the shooting....and the teabagger rhetoric has LONG been established. Fuller was angry and misguided....but I don't think he's crazy.

Bravo, on the other hand, once again proves that he's one of the stupidest SOB's on this site.

I didn't find any video having anything to do with the tea party folks....

one link was Olbermann about Palin and Maddow about Second Amendment protests and another link that didn't work at all....WTF ?
Then there was some nonsense about the TP convention in Vegas....so what?

I missed all the violence....

That's because, Bravo, you're either lying, stupid or just plain lazy.

one link was Olbermann about Palin and Maddow about Second Amendment protests and another link that didn't work at all....WTF ?

Evidently, you either ignored or avoided the videos about the strapped gunners and baggers having their little rallies, or the viscious blatherings by Tea Party electorate Bachmann, or the review by Schultz on hate speech by Tea bagger advocates/neocon pundits.
Then there was some nonsense about the TP convention in Vegas....so what?

So that wasn't the video regarding the hate rhetoric and threatening gestures.
I missed all the violence....

I didn't initially say there was violence....I pointed to the threatening tones/gestures and hysteria inducing hate speeches that teabaggers loved to indulge. As I said to others earlier, if you want more evidence:
