The most important aspect of fascism is a collusion between government and big business. When this is done in an internationalist way, it's called internationalist fascism. Internationalist fascism is accurate. Im open to other terms. The thing is this a new phenomenon, so the language isn't quite caught up to the political reality, and the deniers like you are trying to prevent general comprehension of this political phenomenon by attacking all attempts coining new terms for it. You will not succeed with your small minded approach.
 
You're saying there's no such class of people as a ruling elite? I was under the impression that you believed firmly that they are real..
