US gas hits $4 as Trump tells nations to get their own oil

Here's the latest

Energy costs: The average US gas price hit $4 a gallon, the highest since 2022. The war in Iran has essentially shut down oil tanker traffic through the Strait of Hormuz.

Trump decries allies: US President Donald Trump demanded the UK and other countries in need of jet fuel go to Hormuz and “just TAKE IT.” The UK announced it is sending additional air defense systems to Persian Gulf nations to support the “collective defense of allies.”

You've got to laugh, you and your cohorts were telling everybody that oil was a thing of the past.

You might want to get up there for this one to see the fireworks. The best you will see in the world. PGI is coming to Wisconsin once again. We'll be continuing the celebration of the 250th year of the United States!
It's definitely a special year for this country, and I'm sure that PGI will do a spectacular job with "igniting the night". :)

I'll have to see what my schedule ends up being, but August is always my busiest time of the year with both work (can't take off) and weekend events with friends.

Speaking of "best in the world", hope you get to enjoy some Wisconsin cheese again from some local cheese shop.

I'm old and my days are numbered, but Trump has 2 more years of governance in this country, 2 more years. If there's a God and there most certainly is, my desires and wishes for the United States of America and its citizens, is that we implode and are destroyed both economically and morally. It is time, GOP voters feel the sting and effects of what conservatism does to a nation mired in racism, misogyny and entitlements. There must be consequences for our votes. Like the gentlemen on the Titanic, I am willing to go down with the ship to see this manifests itself in this country.

1775228619081.pngKeep in mind you fake fiscal responsible conservative bitches, this man has another 2 fuckin years left in office. I hope he guts this country down to the red meat, starting with the Markets and ending with massive job losses, anything to shove auto pens up the ass's of Trump supporters.

I'll definitely do that! I can even buy some varieties here in Washington, and Tillamook is right nearby in Oregon (pretty good cheese, but it doesn't beat Wisconsin!). I usually snack on the the things as I drive. (Flying to PGI is problematic...after all the potassium nitrate and such gets in our clothes, then showing up at TSA, "Yeah, the buzzer went off because I was making explosives last week!").
