Beef is so dear now but pork is still reasonable. I made Mongolian pork the other night for supper, using thinly sliced boneless pork chops. It turned out great! Along with the pork, which I velveted before stir frying, I had shredded carrot, onions, snow peas, and shrooms. Served with steamed jasmine rice. Last night we had mesquite roast chicken, mashed potatoes, and mixed veggies. Haven't decided on tonight yet. It's either taco-and-burrito night, or pizza baked spaghetti. Will see what the master prefers.![]()
