Drudge: 1 JUDGE VOIDS 7,000,000 VOTERS...

By your logic, wanting a queer is not a right, but a desire.

What are you talking about?

Individuals have a right to marry someone who agrees to marry them. I don't know how they did it in your day, but marriage is not about clubbing someone over the head and claiming them as your property anymore.

Oh no, his queerness had absolutely no influence on his activism. LOL

His activism? What activism? He was chastised for his ruling against the gay Olympics several years ago.

There has not been a single person who knows him or of his work that has called him anything resembling an activist.

The fact that he is gay has no bearing on the case. In fact, many gay activists were upset that Walker was the judge who would hear the case.

It looks like he came out of the closet.

Was he ever in the closet? From what I have read, he has been openly gay for years, but does not let it be part of his judicial work.

Would you care to list the Logical Fallacies you have committed in this attack on the judge?

There is no evidence that his sexual orientation effected the case in either direction. Your attacks are nonsense.

I think you'll find it is scientific fact that gays cannot maintain a state of rationality for more than a few seconds at a time. In this sense they are very much like ladies.

What we need are more straight men, such as SM, in positions of authority in order to ensure that rationality is maintained at all times. At all times, sir.

Charver, all laughter aside, that is the scariest thing I have ever read on these boards.

So when did he come out of the closet? This guy seems to be like Souter, a changling.

Apparently you are searching for some excuse for the way he ruled. His ruling is quite clear and makes sense to me.

According to the article you linked:

"Many gay politicians in San Francisco and lawyers who have had dealings with Walker say the 65-year-old jurist, appointed to the bench by President George H.W. Bush in 1989, has never taken pains to disguise - or advertise - his orientation."

So he has never tried to disguise his sexual orientation.

The man was opposed by Pelosi, nominated by Reagan and Bush, and ruled against gays in the other big case over which he presided.

Cite?

You really are stretching here, aren't you.

First of all, since most of the research shows most gays are born that way, it would be up to you to prove it was anything else.

And second, but most important, this has no bearing on the discussion at hand.
