If a Judge says the Healthcare law is unconstitutional I will not attack the judge for usirping the will of the people, I might disagree with his Constitutional analysis.

I have no problem with legal bigomy as long as its not an abusive situation as happens in these cults.

I agree, Kennedy will be the swing vote on this one and I believe he will rule with the 4 liberal justices to uphold the lower court's decision.

The funniest thing is, when the lawyer who argued in support of the ban was asked what harm gay marriage caused to heterosexual marriage he said, "I don't know your honor, I don't know." Great legal minds there on the right. Gotta love it.
